Bedrooms: All en suite rooms have tea / coffee facilities, hairdryer, colour TV, radio, telephone and central heating. Our executive rooms also have a fridge and a safe.

When sharing with adults, children under 5 are free. Children aged 5-12, 50% of adult rate.

Full English Breakfast for non-residents £7.50; Dinner for non-residents £15.95.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a reservation.

Rooms are available for check-in from 3pm onwards – Luggage storage is available for any early arrivals.

Guests are asked to vacate their rooms by 10 am on day of departure.

Accounts must be paid in full on day of departure.
Cheques are accepted only when supported with a cheque guarantee card. All major credit/debit cards are accepted.
Unconfirmed bookings will be asked for payment on arrival.

Cancellations & Insurance – In the event of a cancellation of booking 24 hours prior, 50 % will be charged. We strongly advise guests to take out insurance & safeguard against cancellation
